Our commitment to quality

  • Orders can be placed and paid for via credit cards.

  • Organic products are made entirely from ingredients that carry the organic label, but are not officially certified.

  • Vegan products are made from plant-based ingredients and are not officially certified.

Membership conditions

  • The user is responsible for the registration and login procedures.

  • Your username must be unique, not imitate any other person or entity, and not violate public morals or laws.

  • The password is user-specific and can only be changed by the user.

  • The user is responsible for protecting his data, payment information and purchases.

  • Please ensure that your phone number and address are correct and updated when they change.

  • User privacy is protected, and registration data is only shared with the delivery representative.

  • The user is responsible for any activity carried out under his membership name.

  • Guardians of users under 18 must agree to this Agreement before use.

Requests

  • You can select products, quantity, enter phone number and address.

  • Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation will be sent via email.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you can only modify it within 5 minutes via WhatsApp on 90907505 by sending the order number and the required modifications.

  • The order can be cancelled in the same way within 5 minutes, and the amount will be refunded in cash from the store.

Delivery service

  • Delivery will be made to the specified address only, and it cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

  • If the customer is not present, the order will be picked up from the store, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Delivery is usually the same day for orders placed before 3 PM, and sometimes within 3 days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Delivery prices are not fixed and are determined by region according to the agreement with the delivery company.

Notes

  • Any additional comments may be recorded in the Comments field, and any complaints not recorded in this field will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

  • If the order is not received or an incorrect order is received, the full amount will be refunded.

  • If parts of the order are missing, the amount will be refunded in the amount equivalent to those parts.

  • Refunds will not be made due to additional notes not recorded in the notes field.

  • The refund period ranges from 2-7 working days.

Payment methods

  • Payment is available via credit cards: KNet, Visa, MasterCard.

  • Cash payment is available in store only.

  • The customer must check the card balance before paying and use the card within the permitted limit.

Prohibited activities

  • Use of the Site for commercial purposes or illegal activities is prohibited.

  • Attempting to unauthorized access to the Site, or using any data extraction tools, is prohibited.
